THE STUDIO
Redeveloped as a multifunction art studio and residency, it is currently occupied by a tenured artist. Attractive to various disciplines, this space comes fully equipped with a vaulted ceiling, a loft, kitchen, and a full bathroom, dedicated parking and loading area - serving as a spectacular well-lit exhibition and worksite.

THE OZONE
Designed as an exhibition hall, this exceptional live-work unit is guaranteed to be an eye-catcher. Just three hundred feet to the east of The Studio, this former church is a non-commercial space on track to become a subsidized, mixed-use secondary artist studio and exhibition hall.

The Page is being renovated to serve as a Writers’ Residence welcoming Creatives and Researchers from all forms of writing backgrounds to the B-Side Creative Campus. Coming 2026
OUR B-SIDE STORY
Located in Indy’s historic Brookside neighborhood, B-SIDE Creative Campus, provides subsidized live, work, and live/work space for emerging, established, and underserved Creatives from various disciplines.
As a B-Corp social enterprise founded by artist Walter Lobyn Hamilton, B-SIDE seeks to deliver what all Creatives need: liberty, self-determination, respect, time, safe space, and resources given without exploitative expectations.
